​1. Acceptance of Terms
​By accessing the Global Language Bridge website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and corporate clients.


​2. Professional Services & "Sprints"
​Global Language Bridge provides specialized technical communication training via the LSA (Linguistic Systems Architecture) methodology.

  • ​Booking: A service is considered "booked" once a deposit or full payment is received.

  • ​Execution: Training is delivered as described in the service agreement (e.g., a 16-week Sprint).

​3. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
​The LSA Methodology, including all training materials, hardening protocols, and cognitive load reduction frameworks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Language Bridge. The names "Linguistic Systems Architecture" and "Global Language Bridge" are legal TRADEMARKs, and ALL the course steps are exclusive and legal COPYRIGHT property of Global Language Bridge.

  • ​Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these materials for internal team development ONLY.

  • ​Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or "training the trainer" based on our proprietary protocols is STRICKLY PROHIBITED.

  • Any infringements, violations, breach, transgressions or non-compliance will be subject to the full extent of the Intellectual Property Protection laws in FRANCE and the European Union.

​4. Corporate Client Responsibility
​While we provide the tools for linguistic hardening, the client is responsible for ensuring their team’s participation and providing the necessary technical context for the training to be effective.


​5. Payments & Late Fees

  • ​All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • ​For corporate invoicing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under French law.

​6. Limitation of Liability
​Global Language Bridge is not liable for technical failures within the client’s own infrastructure or for communication errors that occur outside the scope of the specific LSA protocols delivered during the training.


​7. Governing Law
​These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in TOULOUSE? FRANCE.
