​1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
​In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, clients have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of booking without giving a reason, provided the service has not yet commenced.

​2. Service Commencement & Waiver
​By booking a 16-week LSA Sprint or a vocational session and requesting an immediate start date, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the training or consultancy service has been fully performed or significantly initiated.

​3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• ​LSA Sprints: Due to the high-intensity nature of our Sprints, cancellations made less than 7 business days before the start date are subject to a 30% administrative fee.

• Individual & group Sessions: Rescheduling must occur at least 2 "business days" in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund. Please note that "business days" do not count weekends nor Holidays.​

​4. Satisfaction Guarantee
​If you are unsatisfied with the LSA methodology within the first 48 hours of your Sprint, please contact us immediately. We are committed to "Linguistic Hardening" and will work to adjust the protocol to fit your team’s cognitive load requirements.
