​1. Scope of Data Processing
​Global Language Bridge processes only the minimum personal data required to deliver the LSA Methodology™. This typically includes:
​Full name and corporate email address.
​Professional role/title (to customize technical vocabulary).
​Attendance and progress metrics for corporate reporting.
​2. Legal Basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
​Data is processed based on:
​Contractual Necessity: To fulfill training agreements with the employer.
​Legitimate Interest: To ensure the technical precision and safety of industrial communication.
​3. Data Storage & Security
​Zero-Cloud Residency: Whenever possible, sensitive technical documents used during "Hardening Sprints" are kept within the client's own secure ecosystem (e.g., sharing screens rather than transferring files).
​Encryption: Any data stored by GLB is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
​Data Minimization: We do not collect private phone numbers, home addresses, or financial data of the individual trainees.
​4. Retention & Deletion
​Personal data is deleted within 90 days of the conclusion of a training project, unless otherwise required by French or German tax law (e.g., for proof of vocational training delivery).
