Cancellation Policy

Cancellation without penalty is only permissible if it's done in writing and at least 2 business days before the scheduled training time. Weekends and official holidays do not count. For example, a Monday 08:00am class must be cancelled in writing no later than the previous Thursday before 08:00am otherwise the full amount of the class will be invoiced to the client.
